Founded in 1999, MAXX-D Trailers began as a small, family-owned operation in Texas, where owner Allen Kornelsen handled every aspect of the business himself. From welding, painting, and finishing trailers to purchasing materials, selling products, and making deliveries.
Today, MAXX-D has grown into a leading trailer manufacturer with more than 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space and approximately 330 employees operating primarily on a single shift.
The company designs and manufactures high-quality trailers built for hardworking professionals across the construction, agriculture, transportation, and oil and gas industries, while also serving recreational markets for hauling cars, ATVs, and UTVs. As demand continued to grow, MAXX-D found itself experiencing downtime and outsourcing work to keep production moving. "We were experiencing downtime and having to outsource work just to keep up with demand," explains Reuben Wall, COO at MAXX-D Trailer Manufacturing. "That wasn't where we wanted to be. We needed a solution that would help us increase capacity, bring more work back in-house, and give us greater control over our production process."

On average, the OPTIPLEX 3015 NEO cuts approximately 11,000 parts per week for MAXX-D, helping the company keep pace with customer demand while maintaining the quality standards its customers expect.
