Luke Surratt Promoted to General Manager of Customer Service

Mazak Optonics Corp. is pleased to announce the promotion of Luke Surratt from Installations Manager to General Manager of Customer Service.

Surratt will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer support, service and installations. He will also develop the organization's customer service strategy and manage the overall performance of people and processes to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Surratt has been with Mazak Optonics since 2002, growing with the company through many different roles. Starting as a Service Engineer, progressing to the Training Supervisor, and advancing to the Installations Manager and now as the General Manager of Customer Service. Surratt stated, “Customer service is the reputation of a company. Mazak has a strong reputation for helping our customers gain a competitive advantage through unmatched service and support.
