OPTIPLEX 4020 Fiber 8kW
The latest addition to the OPTIPLEX family is the new OPTIPLEX Fiber III 8kW. This machine utilizes a new PreviewG Control and higher performance digital drive package. The OPTIPLEX 4020 Fiber III utilizes a new drive system which provides higher productivity through high-speed and high-accuracy. The new cutting-edge PreviewG Control offers state of the art CPU for unsurpassed operations speed, high-response and high-speed machine motion. The PreviewG Control is a large 19" LCD touch screen which operates similar to a smart phone or tablet for increased ease of operation.
The new control, drive package and 8kW of power, makes the OPTIPLEX Fiber III an incredibly high performance fiber laser-cutting system.
OPTIPLEX DDL 4kW with LASER FLEX Automation solution
The OPTIPLEX DDL changes the game with higher cutting speeds and increased energy efficiency.
The OPTIPLEX 3015 DDL is the first of its kind to utilize a direct diode laser. This is an exclusive platform that delivers higher performance and reliability than traditional fiber or other solid state laser generation systems. It changes the game with faster cutting speeds than fiber lasers of like power and wall-plug efficiencies of 45 percent as compared to 35 percent for fiber. The OPTIPLEX 3015 DDL has a shorter wavelength than a fiber laser for higher speed cutting in thin to medium worksheets including reflective materials such as aluminum, copper and brass. The OPTIPLEX 3015 DDL utilizes a flying optics, 2 pallet changer design with a new PreviewG Control and higher performance digital drive package.
The LASER FLEX automation solution is a standard load unload system with a conveyor option. This system has the ability to be retrofitted to existing load unload and is also expandable to add additional machines or towers.

Mazak’s incredibly popular OPTIPLEX NEXUS Fiber now has 6kW power.
The OPTIPLEX NEXUS 3015 Fiber is designed to integrate Intelligent Setup and Monitoring Functions. It delivers many features normally available to only the highest technology machines. These features simplify operation and reduce operator dependency. OPTIPLEX NEXUS 3015 Fiber offers a large side access door, flexible design that is available in a manual pallet or automated two pallet design. This durable machine incorporates a helical rack and pinion positioning system that features solid throughput and high accuracy. This laser has been engineered to be utilized with Mazak’s extensive range of automated material handling systems. The OPTIPLEX NEXUS 3015 Fiber is equipped with the new cutting-edge Preview 3 control with 15” touch screen includes integrated tech tables that simplify operation.
VCL-T100 latest configuration with latest upgrade to have unloader
The Mazak Optonics VCL-T100 is an affordable tube production laser that is the first in a series of machines to be engineered and produced in North America to meet the specific demands of our local market. VCL-T100 has been designed as a cost effective solution for low to mid volume tube components up to 4” round, 3” square and standard lengths up to 12’ (24’ optional). This versatile machine also cuts flat sheets up to 20” x 24” and 1/4” thick.
This VCL-T100 at FABTECH will feature a new configuration loader and unloader.
